Because our product is live, we have to stick to a certain growing cycle to ensure that you receive the freshest product. We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The day of the week that you place your order determines the available days that you can choose for delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the pandemic we are operating at an adjusted shipping schedule. Orders placed after 7 am on Tuesdays will ship the following Monday. We appreciate your patience during this time as we work to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
While we do our best to ensure your package arrives in pristine condition, sometimes packages do get damaged in transit. If the box arrives damaged, it does not necessarily mean that the product is damaged. Examine each plant to check that they still look fresh and are not crushed. If the plants are visibly damaged please contact us and we will provide you with a replacement.

How Do I Know That My Package Has Shipped?
You will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number within 48 hours of your chosen delivery date. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of your chosen delivery date, please reach out to us at email@example.com
My Package Was Held Past My Chosen Delivery Date. Why?
Pet Grass is a live product that can perish in transit. With that in mind, we reserve the right to hold your shipment because of inclement weather or any other shipping related delays – that way we can ensure that you receive fresh, green grass every time. You will be notified via email of any shipping holds.
